The Wines of Bulgaria

The Wines of Bulgaria

Bulgaria is one of the world’s oldest wine regions. It’s home to indigenous grape varieties like Mavrud, Misket and Dimyat as well as international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. We will be traveling to Bulgaria this spring to learn more about its energetic wine scene with the aim of educating American and other consumers in our forthcoming report on The Wines of Bulgaria.
Look for it this summer!
