Wall Street Journal and IWR Recommend Cava

The Wall Street Journal recommends Spanish Cava for its 2008 sampler case from around the globe. In its December report on Sparkling Wines and Champagnes, the International Wine Review fully agrees. While Spanish Cava seldom reaches the quality levels of good French Champagne, it often provides extremely good value.
